White Pudding / Hog Pudding Complete Mix

A blend of oatmeal, onion and spices to make a
traditional white/hog pudding.
Method
- Mince 1kg beef suet through a 5mm plate.
- Add 1kg pudding mix and mix thoroughly.
- Add 1kg warm water (around 40 °C) and mix to a
slurry.
- Fill into casings.
- Steam or boil until the internal temperature is at least 72
°C
- Allow to stand, the pudding will firm upon cooling.
