White Pudding / Hog Pudding Complete Mix

A blend of oatmeal, onion and spices to make a traditional white/hog pudding.


  •          Mince 1kg beef suet through a 5mm plate.
  •          Add 1kg pudding mix and mix thoroughly.
  •          Add 1kg warm water (around 40 °C) and mix to a slurry.
  •          Fill into casings.
  •          Steam or boil until the internal temperature is at least 72 °C
  •          Allow to stand, the pudding will firm upon cooling.
