A delicious gluten-free stuffing mix made with sea salt, black pepper, garlic, and sage for perfectly seasoned, flavourful meals.
This can be mixed with minced meat, an alternative, or used without!
For meat stuffing:
- Mix equal parts stuffing mix, minced meat (or meat alternative), and boiling water.
- Example: For a 1kg batch, use 333g stuffing mix + 333g mince + 333g boiling water.
- Fill into an ovenproof dish or roll into balls.
- Cook at 220C for 25-30 minutes.
For meat-free stuffing:
- Mix equal parts stuffing mix and boiling water.
- Example: For a 1kg batch, use 500g stuffing mix + 500g boiling water.
- Fill into an ovenproof dish or roll into balls.
- Cook at 220C for 25-30 minutes.
