A rich hickory smoked seasoning that delivers bold BBQ flavour with a smoky finish.
So simple to use!
Instructions:
- Add 100g mix to 800g minced meat or alternative
- Gradually add 100ml cold water - use less or more if needed
- Mix well & shape into patties by hand or use a burger press.
- Cook as preferred - grill, BBQ, pan fry, oven or air fryer!
Top Tips:
- For enhanced flavour, leave the burgers in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinate with the meat.
- The colder the mixture, the better the appearance of the burgers
- If storing or freezing, use burger discs to keep the patties separated
