A rich hickory smoked seasoning that delivers bold BBQ flavour with a smoky finish.
So simple to use!
Instructions:
- Add 25g seasoning to 1kg of minced meat or alternative
- Add 50g rusk or dried breadcrumb – this is optional & you can alter to your preferred consistency
- Add 50ml cold water and mix well
- Shape into patties by hand or using a burger press.
- Cook as preferred - grill, BBQ, pan fry, oven or air fryer!
Top Tips:
- For enhanced flavour, leave the burgers in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinate with the meat.
- The colder the mixture, the better the appearance of the burgers
- If storing or freezing, use burger discs to keep the patties separated
