Charcoal Burger Complete Mix - 500g (10kg Batch)

A unique charcoal blend designed to add subtle smokiness to burgers.

So simple to use!

Instructions:

1. Add 500g mix to 9kg minced meat or alternative
2. Gradually add 500ml cold water - use less or more if needed
3. Mix well & shape into patties by hand or use a burger press.
4. Cook as preferred - grill, BBQ, pan fry, oven or air fryer!

Top Tips:

• For enhanced flavour, leave the burgers in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinate with the meat.
• The colder the mixture, the better the appearance of the burgers
• If storing or freezing, use burger discs to keep the patties separated
