Authentic Chinese recipe of a traditional Chinese starter.
Cooking Instructions:
- Pour contents into a saucepan and add 560ml of cold water
- Bring to the boil on high heat and stir occasionally
- Once boiled reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute
- Add 1 small beaten egg and stir gently
- Serve and enjoy
