Ingredients for a 1kg batch

  • Diced Chicken (cooked) - 1kg
  • Curry sauce mix - 110g
  • Water - 568ml/1 pint


  • Place curry sauce mix and water into a saucepan.
  • Stir until mixture is combined.
  • Bring to the boil and stir continuously.
  • Add the pre-cooked chicken to the curry, and stir and cook for 1 minute.
  • Allow mixture to cool to room temperature before filling into pie shells.
  • Preheat oven to 220°C.
  • Place pies on a baking tray and bake for 35 - 40 minutes until golden brown.

Simply mix ingredients and fill into pies then bake in the oven, it couldn't be easier.
