Method:
- Add the 125g complete mix to 1kg meat
- Add 100g of cold water
- Mix till combined
- Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings
This mix comes ready made with rusk
Each 125g pack will make a total of 1.2kg
Supplied with free colagen casing.
