This batter mix is ideal for making traditional fish and chip shop crispy fried fish.

Method

Mix 500g of batter mix with 600ml of water and allow to stand for at least one hour before use.
Dip Fish in batter and deep fry for 5 minutes at 176°C/350°F
Once cooked place on paper towel to remove excess oil.

This batter mix can also be used for Chicken and vegetables.
