Taste of the West Awards
Tongmaster Seasonings are proud to announce that one of our customers has scooped two prestigious awards for their gourmet burgers, made using Tongmaster's delicious seasonings.
Tongmaster were approached by Peradon Organic Farm to develop some seasonings that would compliment their fantastic organic lamb, so we set to work and came up with some original burger seasonings that were an instant hit.
As a result, Peradon Organic Farm scooped two prestigious awards! They achieved Silver for their Angus Burger using Tongmaster Angus Burger Seasoning, and Gold for their Lamb and Wild Rosemary Burger, using an original Tongmaster seasoning.
There were a total of 1,000 entries for the Taste of the West awards, which are the UK's largest regional awards, and the Peradon Organic Farm burgers received the top Gold Award and Silver.
Louise Burrough, from Peradon farm, said: "We are really over the moon that our burgers have won, especially with so many entries going into the awards. People often tell us when they buy our lamb and Angus burgers that they're the best they've ever tasted."
