Smokey BBQ Complete Sausage Mix - 950g (10kg Batch)

Inspired by the deep south this sausage seasoning is a smoky delight with the flavour of bbq.


 Method

  •          Add the 500g complete mix to 4kg of mince meat
  •          Add 500g of cold water
  •          Mix till combined
  •          Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings

This mix comes Ready-made with Rusk.

500g will make a total of 5kg.
