The Sirman SA100 burger press is constructed from an anodised aluminium alloy, the burger press is made from stainless steel and its rubber feet prevent slipping on a table top.
The burger press could not be simpler to use, with a lever on the side of the machine that is used to move the burger press plunger round, down and into the burger mould then pressing the mince meat into the mould. Once this is complete the burger press lever is then lifted back up and the burger is pushed out of the mould by the burger mould bottom plate and its ready for packaging.
The burger press features a handy burger holder on its top to allow for convenient and quick papering of the produced burgers.
Once the formed burger is removed from the burger press, the metal button on its side is pressed to drop the burger moulds bottom plate back down into the mould.
