Rudolphs Fruity Stuffing Mix - 400g (Gluten Free)

This fruity flavoured stuffing mix is a great winter treat loaded with delicious flavours and gluten free too!

Packed full of flavour including sultanas and Christmas herbs and spices.

Recipe

• Rudolf's fruity stuffing mix - 400g
  
• Sausage meat or pork mince - 1kg
  
• Water (Iced) - 600g

• Add 400g mix to 1kg mince meat and mix until combined
  
• Add 600g of water and mix thouroughly

Insert the stuffing into the meat and follow the recommended cooking instructions

Alternatively form the stuffing mixture into balls, place them onto a greased baking tray and cook in a pre-heated oven (approx 200°C/Gas mark 6) for 20 minutes.
