Premium Scottish Lorne - Sausage (Gluten Free)
A traditional Scottish Lorne (square sausage) seasoning. A premium blend of spices created to give the perfect authentic lorne taste.
Supplied as standard in 250g pack.
- Add Around 25g of seasoning to 700g of mince meat
- Add 100g-200g of Rusk ( alter to preference )
- Add 150g of cold water
- Mix till combined
- Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings
For a larger mix
- add 25-30g of seasoning per kg
- add 100g of rusk per kg
This pack will make a total of 10kg.
