Premium Hog Roast Burger Complete Mix - 250g

A hearty blend of apple, herbs and onion inspired by classic hog roast flavour.

So simple to use!

Instructions:

  1. Add 250g mix to 2kg minced meat or alternative.
  2. Gradually add 250ml cold water - use less or more if needed
  3. Mix well & shape into patties by hand or use a burger press.
  4. Cook as preferred - grill, BBQ, pan fry, oven or air fryer!

Top Tips:

  • For enhanced flavour, leave the burgers in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinate with the meat.
  • The colder the mixture, the better the appearance of the burgers
  • If storing or freezing, use burger discs to keep the patties separated
