Piri Piri Chicken Burger Seasoning - 1kg
An old favourite, simple but classic sausage seasoning containing a mixture of herbs to enhance the flavour of any sausage.
Supplied as standard in 250g pack.
Method
- Add
Around 25g of seasoning to 700g of mince meat
- Add
100g-200g of Rusk ( alter to preference )
- Add
165g of cold water
- Mix
till combined
- Fill
into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings
For a larger mix
- add
25-30g of seasoning per kg
- add
100g of rusk per kg
This pack will make a total of 10kg.
