Haggis or Ox Bungs are strong walled beef casings, traditionally used for haggis or puddings.
- 1m will make approximately 5 x 1lb haggis.
- Supplied salted to ensure freshness, simply re-salt and keep in an airtight container in the fridge after use to keep them fresh.
- Casings will last for around 3-4 months if stored properly.
- Rinse the casings thoroughly and soak in warm water for at least 20 minutes before use.
