- Inspired by the flavours of Morocco, this is packed with mint, caraway, coriander and chilli.
- Mix 1tsp harissa with olive oil and use to drizzle on hummus, salads and vegetables.
- Use in cous cous and rice dishes.
- Use as a rub for chicken, lamb or beef.
- Stir 1tbsp into sauces, soups and other liquid based dishes.
