Finely chopped and dried red bell peppers.

Ideal for adding to dishes with excess liquid where they will rehydrate during cooking.
To rehydrate before cooking soak in water for 10-15 minutes – then use as you would fresh!
Perfect for soups, casseroles, curries, stir fries and salads.
Add to any savoury dish for added colour and a sweet bell pepper flavour.

Supplied in a 300g catering shaker jar for easy application and storage.
