Supplied as standard in 500g pack.

Method

Add the 500g complete mix to 4kg of mince meat
Add 500g of cold water
Mix till combined
Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings see link https://www.tongmaster.co.uk/sausage-casings-skins/home-user-pack

This mix comes Ready-made with Rusk.

This pack will make a total of 5kg.
