A Mexican style flavour with smoked chipotle jalapenos.

This Authentic Mexican Jalapeno flavour with paprika, cumin and jalapeno chillies makes for a great tasting burger.

Supplied as standard in 250g pack. This is a Complete Mix and comes ready-made with Rusk.

Method

Add the 250g pack to 2kg mince meat
Add 200 - 250ml of cold water ( alter to preference )
Mix till combined
Shape to desired size of burger

This pack will make a total of 2.5kg.
