A classic pork and leek sausage complete mix with a tang of extra mature Stilton.

Supplied as standard in 250g pack.

Method:

Add the 250g complete mix to 2kg meat
Add 250ml of cold water
Mix till combined
Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings
