Kielbasa Polish Sausage Seasoning - 250g (makes a 10kg Batch)

A combination of spices, garlic and herbs to add the perfect taste to your kielbasa sausage, a traditional Polish favourite.


Supplied as standard in 250g pack. 


Method

  • Add Around 25g of seasoning to 950g of mince meat
  • Add 15g of cold water
  • Mix till combined
  • Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings see link https://www.tongmaster.co.uk/sausage-casings-skins/home-user-pack


For a larger mix  

  • add 25-30g of seasoning per kg
  • add 100g of rusk per kg

This pack will make a total of 10kg.
