Kashmiri Masala Curry Powder - 50g

A combination of warm Indian spices that make for a delicious kashmiri curry.
Kashmiri curry recipe:
Ingredients:
- 500g boneless chicken thighs, chopped
- 50g kashmiri curry powder
- 1 large onion, finely sliced
- 1 green apple, peeled & finely sliced
- 300ml natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp ground almonds
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add the onions and cook until soft, then add the chicken & cook until browned all over.
- Add the curry powder, salt & pepper and mix until combined, cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Add the tomato puree, yoghurt, ground almonds & apples, cover and simmer for around 20 minutes, adding more water if needed.
- Serve with rice & fresh coriander.
