Hot Thai Curry Powder

A Thai inspired seasoning packed with coriander, turmeric & chilli.

Hot Thai Curry Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 500g beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 x 400ml tin coconut milk
  • 50g hot thai curry powder
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced.
  • fish sauce
  • peanut butter (optional)

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, add the beef, curry powder and a splash of oil (peanut oil works best) and mix well until fully coated, marinade for at least 2 hours.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and and add the beef, cook until well browned on each side.
  3. Add the coconut milk, fish sauce, a splash of water and simmer for approx 20 minutes, adding more water if needed.
  4. Add the bell pepper, peanut butter and cook for a further 5 minutes, serve & enjoy!
