A peppery blend of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg with added heat, often referred to as all spice.

• A mixture of spices complimentary to beef – especially beef ham – just coat and fry to give an excellent flavour burst.
  
• Also great with chicken and gammon.
  
•  Can be used in sweet recipes such as fruit cakes and truffles to add an aromatic warmth
