This product is gluten free!
A traditional herby mix of sage and sweet onion for beautifully seasoned burgers.
So simple to use!
Instructions:
- Add 250g mix to 2kg minced meat or alternative.
- Gradually add 250ml cold water - use less or more if needed
- Mix well & shape into patties by hand or use a burger press.
- Cook as preferred - grill, BBQ, pan fry, oven or air fryer!
Top Tips:
- For enhanced flavour, leave the burgers in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinate with the meat.
- The colder the mixture, the better the appearance of the burgers
- If storing or freezing, use burger discs to keep the patties separated
