Faggot Complete Dry Seasoning Spice Mix - 500g

A complete mix containing a blend of aromatic spices such as mace and all spice to create a traditional tasting faggot.

Method:

  •          Blanche 455g liver by immersing it into boiling water for approximately 5 minutes.
  •          Mince the liver, along with 800g cooked meat through a coarse plate.
  •          Mince 115 cooked rinds through a fine plate.
  •          Mix the liver, meats and rinds together with the 500g faggot mix and mince again if required.
  •          Add 650g water and mix thoroughly
  •          Shape into portions and bake for approximately 1 hour at 180°C.
