• These red/ burnt orange coloured chillies are dried and crushed into chilli flakes.
• These are around 100,000 - 350,000 on the scoville scale.
• Use as you would regular chilli flakes.
• Soak in water to rehydrate and blend to make a puree/paste before adding to dishes.
