A tasty dry seasoning with sage ideal for coating poultry to give a traditional roast flavour and colour.

•          Apply to moist meat of your choice 1 hour before cooking for a traditional roasted flavour and colour.
  
•          Use 40-50g of seasoning per 1kg of meat
