A distinctive smokey flavour with paprika and garlic giving you the taste of the traditional Spanish classic.
Supplied as standard in 250g pack.
Method
- Add Around 50g of seasoning to 675g of mince meat
- Add 90g of Rusk ( alter to preference )
- Add 185g of cold water
- Mix till combined
- Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings see link https://www.tongmaster.co.uk/sausage-casings-skins/home-user-pack
For a larger mix
- add 75g of seasoning per 1g
- add 135g of rusk per kg
This pack will make a total of 10kg.
