Chilli Burger Seasoning - 25g (makes 1kg)
An Authentic combination of cumin and chilli, topped off with an explosion of red pepper flakes.
Supplied as standard in 25g pack.
Method
- Add 25g of seasoning to 1kg of mince meat
- Add 50g of Rusk (optional)
- Add 40ml of cold water
- Mix till combined
- Shape to desired size of burger
For a larger mix
- add 25g of seasoning per kg
- add 50g of rusk per kg
This pack will make a total of 1kg.
