Cajun Burger Seasoning - 250g (makes 10kg)

An authentic Cajun flavour, straight from the deep south. Rich earthy flavour packed full of herbs.


Supplied as standard in 250g pack. 


Method

  • Add Around 25g of seasoning to 1kg of mince meat
  • Add 50g of Rusk
  • Add 40ml of cold water
  • Mix till combined
  • Shape to desired size of burger


For a larger mix  

  • add 25g of seasoning per kg
  • add 50g of rusk per kg

This pack will make a total of 10kg.
