High quality, British, natural sausage skins, an essential for making professional sausages.
Please note: these casings will measure the full length when taken off the plastic tape!
- Perfect for home use, or for catering and business use.
- 5m of casings will use around 4-5kg sausage meat, use this as a guide if you’re not sure how much casings you need.
- Supplied salted to ensure freshness, simply re-salt and keep in an airtight container in the fridge after use to keep them fresh.
- Soak the casings overnight in cold water, drain and soak in lukewarm water for a further 30 minutes before use.
- Simply slide the casing on to your nozzle using the plastic tape as a guide, remove the plastic tape and fill!
