Bratwurst Sausage Complete Mix - 250g

A traditional German sausage packed with pepper, ginger, nutmeg, coriander and parsley. Serve with hot mustard and sauerkraut for true German treat.

Ingredients for example batch:

• Minced meat - 1000g
• Sausage mix - 250g
• Water (chilled) - 300g
• Total Batch - 1.55kg

Method:

• Add sausage seasoning to mince meat and mix thoroughly.
• Add iced water and mix thoroughly.
• Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen casings.

• The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the sausage.
• Leave sausages in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with meat.
• Add a little vegetable oil to your hands to give your sausages a professional sheen and to handle them more easily.
• Suitable for freezing.
