Ingredients for example batch:
- Minced meat - 1000g
- Sausage mix - 250g
- Water (chilled) - 300g
- Total Batch - 1.55kg
Method:
- Add sausage seasoning to mince meat and mix thoroughly.
- Add iced water and mix thoroughly.
- Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen casings.
For best results:
- The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the sausage.
- Leave sausages in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with meat.
- Add a little vegetable oil to your hands to give your sausages a professional sheen and to handle them more easily.
- Suitable for freezing.
