How to Make a Curry

1. Heat oil in a pan and gently fry one chopped onion until softened.
2. Add 1–2 tablespoons of spice blend and cook briefly, stirring well.
3. Add your choice of meat, vegetables or plant-based alternative and stir to coat.
4. Pour in chopped tomatoes, coconut milk or stock to create your sauce.
5. Simmer until everything is cooked through and the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
6. Season to taste and serve!
