Pepper Steak Meat Rub - 2kg

Cracked black pepper takes centre stage alongside garlic, onion and rich spices, creating a bold, savoury seasoning made to complement perfectly cooked steak.

Our Meat Rubs are easy to use and specially developed to add great flavour and an appetising finish to your choice of meat or meat alternative.

Method

1. Use approximately 50g of Meat Rub per 1kg of meat or meat alternative.
2. Lightly moisten with water or oil.
3. Place in a suitable bag or container and add the Meat Rub.
4. Shake or mix thoroughly until evenly coated.
5. Add more Meat Rub if required.
6. Cook using your preferred method – grill, BBQ, pan fry, oven or air fryer.

Top Tips

• Give it time – for a deeper flavour, apply the rub in advance and allow it to rest before cooking.
• Great for batch cooking – season larger quantities in advance for quick and easy meal preparation.
• Get creative – although designed as a Meat Rub, try it on vegetables, potatoes and other savoury dishes too.
