Method
- Use approximately 50g of Meat Rub per 1kg of meat or meat alternative.
- Lightly moisten with water or oil.
- Place in a suitable bag or container and add the Meat Rub.
- Shake or mix thoroughly until evenly coated.
- Add more Meat Rub if required.
- Cook using your preferred method – grill, BBQ, pan fry, oven or air fryer.
Top Tips
- Give it time – for a deeper flavour, apply the rub in advance and allow it to rest before cooking.
- Great for batch cooking – season larger quantities in advance for quick and easy meal preparation.
- Get creative – although designed as a Meat Rub, try it on vegetables, potatoes and other savoury dishes too.
