This Caribbean inspired Jerk style rub is bursting with aromatic spices and a heat kick of ginger and chilli.

Adds a delicious flavour to any dish! Use it with meat, veg, or fish to add a delicious flavour and spice up your dishes.

Method:

•          Rub on to poultry, meat, fish or vegetables before grilling, roasting or pop it on the BBQ.
  
•          Use 20-30g per 1kg meat/veg.
