A delicious French style sauce flavoured with rich brandy and peppercorns.

Produced by the award winning Atkins & Potts.

• Ideally suited to fillet steak - pour over steak with seasonal vegetables.
• Also enjoy with pork steaks or over finely sliced potatoes before baking.
• Suitable for vegetarians and gluten free!

Instructions:

• Empty into a saucepan and heat until simmering (3-4 minutes).
• OR empty into a microwavable container and heat until piping hot (2-3 minutes).
